This is not a new-fashioned SPA, but a 2-hour health bath procedure with 5 sessions for 7 minutes under the guidance of experienced bath attendants!\n<br><br>Our Sakskaya bath is built according to the principles of health baths of the ancient tribes of the Saks, who lived on the territory of modern Kazakhstan as well in the V-I century BC. It is an octangular cube made of birch beams sheathed with reeds. There is a stone oven in the centre, which heats up for 4-5 hours, and stones on the top. During the procedure, the bath attendant pours water on them with an infusion of herbs, creating a unique aroma and the desired humidity level. Bath steam with the use of herbal balms creates a sterile environment, cleanses the pores and has a beneficial effect on the respiratory system.<br>According to doctors, the correct bath procedure can replace sports training \u2013 in one such session, you can lose up to 4 kg. The Sakskaya bath removes toxins and slags, strengthens the immune system, triggers self-healing processes, relieves tension and provides an influx of energy, vigour and strength.\n<b><br><br>There
